We design and build WooCommerce stores for South African businesses: products, cart, checkout, South African payment gateways, shipping rules and inventory — at a fixed, published price, then looked after on a care plan so the checkout keeps working.
Product pages, category pages and a home page designed around how your customers actually shop — on a phone, in a hurry, comparing you with two other tabs.
Card, instant EFT and the payment methods South African customers expect. Stripe when you also sell abroad. Set up, tested with real transactions, and secured with SSL.
A checkout with as few fields as legally possible, shipping by zone, weight or flat rate, local collection if you want it, and order emails that look like your brand.
Up to 50 products loaded, with variations (sizes, colours), stock tracking and low-stock alerts. Bulk import from a spreadsheet for larger catalogues.
Clear delivery times, returns policy, POPIA-compliant privacy pages, secure badges, reviews where you have them — the boring details that decide whether a first-time visitor trusts you with a card number.
Fast hosting-ready build, product schema for Google Shopping-style results, analytics with e-commerce tracking so you know which products and channels actually sell.
Most e-commerce quotes in South Africa land somewhere between R15,000 and R60,000 and only arrive after a sales call. Ours is on the page.
Need more than 50 products, a subscription model, a wholesale/trade price list or an integration with your accounting or stock system? That is quoted as a fixed add-on before we start — see custom systems.
A full WooCommerce online store ready to take payments — launch special price (30% off).
Categories, product data, shipping zones, payment gateway sign-up, legal pages. We give you a spreadsheet template for products.
Home, category, product and checkout designs you can react to before anything is built.
Store built, products imported, gateway connected, shipping rules configured, test orders placed end to end.
Go live, training on orders and products, analytics confirmed, care plan starts if you want one.
PayFast, Yoco and Stripe are included in the Commerce package. All three support South African cards and EFT-style payments; Stripe is the usual choice if you also sell to customers overseas. Other gateways can be added on request.
Yes. We set up shipping rules by zone, weight or flat rate, plus local collection if you want it. Live courier rate integrations (for example with a courier’s API or plugin) can be added when the store needs them.
The Commerce package covers up to 50 products. Larger catalogues are quoted on the number of products and how much data each one carries — we can also import from a spreadsheet, which is far cheaper than loading products one by one.
Yes. WooCommerce gives you a product CMS, inventory and an orders screen you can run from your phone. We show you how during handover, and it’s part of what care-plan clients can ask us to help with.
About 5–6 weeks once we have your product information, images and payment-gateway account details. Three revision rounds are included.
Yes. Stores need updates tested against checkout and payment plugins. Our Standard and Priority care plans include monthly plugin updates with a checkout test after every cycle.
Send us your product list and where you deliver. We’ll reply with a scoped plan and confirm the fixed price.
